Kunst Werken is a new art project for public spaces in the province of Limburg. Its goal is to create an absorbing constellation of permanent works of art grounded locally in the province. The project's place will be at the cutting edge of art, architecture and urban development. Kunst Werken will be coordinated from the Z33 art centre. Jan Debbaut (former director of the Van Abbemuseum, Eindhoven and former collections director in the Tate, London) will act as project coordinator.
