Reservation
- Guided tours for groups should be booked at least two weeks in advance.
- A group has a maximum of 12 people.
Cancellation and late arrival
- If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please do so at least 5 days before the date of your visit. This way you avoid extra costs. In case of late cancellation, you will receive an invoice for the guide's fee.
- Are you late with the group? If so, please let us know via +32 (0)11 29 59 60.
Payment
- Please pay for your visit at the reception desk. For the time being, only possible in 1 single payment, with Maestro (card) or Payconic.
- Would you prefer an invoice? Please mention this when booking. You will receive the invoice after your visit.
- Holders of a Museum Pass receive free access, after showing the Museum Pass.
Availability guides
- The tour is offered in Dutch. For a guided tour in English or French an allowance will be charged. The fee for the guide is 110 euro instead of 90 euro.
- Z33 always tries to have sufficient guides available. If it is not possible to provide the required number of guides, we will contact you in advance. An alternative will be offered within the possibilities and with mutual agreement.
Vestiaire
- Coats and personal belongings can be stored safely in the cloakroom or at the reception area.
Eating and drinking
- It is not allowed to bring food and drinks into the exhibition rooms.
