1. Visits only by prior reservation per timeslot every 10 minutes
This is the best way to guarantee a safe distance of 1.5 meters between our visitors and to ensure that there is a maximum number of people per timeslot.
2. Individual visitors
Individual visitors are welcome and may be joined by those who live under the same roof and 1 close contact. In this phase, there are also guided tours available.
3. Sufficient time for your visit with an obligatory museum route
Our new building and the exhibitions are ready. We have mapped out a fixed and obligatory route to avoid visitors passing or traversing another’s path. You can visit everything at a relaxed pace, but we ask that you limit your visit to 1 hour and 20 minutes. Our staff will explain everything to you when you arrive and during your visit. We are also providing additional information in the exhibition room folders, which will also be available online on the exhibition page.
4. A different experience
Some artworks expect tactility, the push of a button, the use of headphones or a different interaction from you as a visitor. For the time being, this is not permitted. As a result, you will experience a number of artworks in a different way than they were originally intended. This is indicated beside the artworks in question along the route.
5. A safe and comfortable visit
Wearing a mouthmask is required when visiting us. We provide disinfectant hand sanitizer at various places throughout the building. Toilets and other sensitive areas are cleaned regularly. Furthermore, for the time being, we do not accept cash and the cloakroom is not available.
